What is covered under warranty?

OBD2CARTOOLS PAKISTAN offers official warranty on almost all branded products. Like no other supplier in Pakistan, we are committed to provide top class support for all our sales. Our warranty is over hardware and software, contrary to other sellers who offer only software warranty in most cases.

What is the warranty period?

Warranty period of each item is mentioned on the invoice given to you. Please refer to the invoice to know your purchased products warranty period. It can be, No warranty, Checking warranty (valid for 7 days), Six months warranty , or One Year warranty. Some products come with two or three year warranty but are subject to logistics or repair charges.

Warranty not covered, if..

Unless stated without warranty. Devices that are burnt, electrically short or physically broken are not covered under warranty. Warranty is applicable for dead function products. Such items maybe REPAIRED or REPLACED, the decision is solely based on the manufacturers choice.

Local Warranty

Distributor products are mostly covered under local warranty and do not require any logistic charges to the manufacturer, however may incur a service fee depending on the situation. Usually parts are entirly changed, however somtimes maybe repaired, solely on the manufacturers decision.

International Warranty

Some products come under limited international warranty and are covered only if the problem is due to a manufacturing or device fault. Problems occurred by misused are not covered. Carry & logistics charges will apply to all international warranty products.
